Emergency Critical Care Nursing Department Head - (Barnstable, MA)

Position description: Emergency Critical Care Nursing Department Head Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists (CCVS) is a growing specialty and emergency, critical care hospital with locations in Bourne and Dennis, Massachusetts. Our 24/7 hospitals strive to practice a high standard of care in a compassionate and engaging environment. We are seeking an Emergency Critical Care Nursing Department Head to join our team of 3 criticalists, critical care residents, knowledgeable emergency doctors and a skilled nursing staff. Other specialties at CCVS include surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology and cardiology. Responsibilities of the ECC Nursing Department Head include but are not limited to: oversight and direct training of ECC technicians, assign and oversee ECC Floor Supervisor/Lead technician to assist in shift to shift, day to day management of the floor, direct and supervise all staff to ensure that all medical and non medical procedures are followed correctly
