Position requirements: Perform daily inspections of the property and its grounds Perform light maintenance and cleaning Ensure the property operates in accordance with set policies and procedures Receive maintenance requests from residents, verify work, and coordinate vendors Monitor work to ensure maintenance items are completed timely and professionally Schedule, coordinate, and monitor all move-ins and move-outs of the designated property
