Job overview Critical responsibilities: Understand and follow: Safe lab practices Good documentation practices. The associate is expected to maintain detailed documentation and implement updates in support of ISO requirements Commit to producing and maintaining the highest standard of quality in antibody production Drive continuous growth through training and participation in systems such as: 5S, Lean and Practical Process Improvement Ensure on-time delivery of production work and projects Perform with assistance of batch records, standard work instructions, operating procedures: Protein isolation and purification Chromatography (affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion). FPLC background helpful Protein modification (cross linking, fluorescent, protein and small molecule conjugations) Protein lyophilization Carrier protein conjugations with peptides or fusion proteins Antibody purification / modification Antibody validation via various functional tests, i.e. WB / ELISA / IHC / IP / IF / FACS SDS-PAGE
