Quality Control Associate Microbiology - (Del Mar, CA)

1. Conduct routine environmental and systems monitoring of manufacturing and laboratory areas. 2. Conduct general laboratory experimentation in compliance with SOPs and maintain records of experiments performed and results obtained. 3. Assist in the interpretation of data and assist in the preparation of data for presentations. 4. Generate the Environmental Monitoring trend reports. 5. Follow policies and assists in the development of new procedures and/or documents. 6. Maintain a level of technical knowledge and understanding in the assigned areas of responsibility consistent with the scientific qualifications of the company. - Preferred background with performing TOC, conductivity, sterility and endotoxin testing - Preferred work background in GMP practices and be able to write SOP's. - BS degree in Microbiology or other life science from an accredited college or university, or equivalent background.
