Town Bank- Deposit Operations Representative, Hartland, WI - (Hartland, WI)

Responsibilities : There is an immediate opening for a full-time Deposit Operations Representative at our Hartland, WI office. This position will be responsible for monitoring Automated Clearing House (ACH), Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Automated Teller Machine (ATM), Point of Sale (POS) for Reg E dispute purposes, fold and mail daily bank notices, review community capture deposits, review ACH prenote reports, process wire transfers, process Address Analysis, process unpostable transactions, review daily fraud reports, respond to customer inquiries relating to deposit accounts, answer incoming telephone calls; and provide back up support. Back up supporting duties include, but are not limited to: non-sufficient charges (NSF) loan fee processing, maintenance review, closed account review, process NSF letters, balance various general ledger and internal accounts, review large dollar items , scan items into Vision Content, process item capture; as well as supporting various job-sharing duties.
