You will be leading and mentoring a team of technical support analysts supporting a variety of software and hardware systems for the corporate office and remote locations. You will mentor Technical Support Analysts, assist with installation and configuration of hardware & software, assist the Technical Support Manager on projects and assigning tasks, monitor and ensure our processes are being followed by the team, support virtual desktop environment, develop reports for senior management, root cause analysis, process improvement, and assist with escalated support issues.
