Job DescriptionSupervise the performance and effectively manage the Server Team, Helpdesk Team and IT Site Support Engineers.Manage large projects/initiatives including project estimates, project planning, resource planning, project budget control and successful completion. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets and status reports. Successfully manage the IT Infrastructure growth plans for clients.Knowledge of the following systems: VMware ESXi server infrastructure, using Cisco UCS and EMC SAN hardwareExperience with Microsoft SCCMVMware Horizon View desktopsMicrosoft Servers, Exchange SharePointLinux \ Unix serversDesktops, Laptops and terminal devices (Wyse)Manage and develop people resources: Monitor and refine performance goals and objectives.Provide constructive feedback and real time performance coaching.Identify team player training needs.Position responsibilities:Min of 7yrs related IT infrastructure support background; Bachelor degree or equivalent university program
