Responsibilities: Mentoring, coaching and assisting direct reports, CI teams and management with planning and facilitating of strategic plans, kaizen workshops, and other lean activities; Implementing proven operational best practices; Facilitating and leading change through kaizen events; Providing hands-on support and any necessary training during implementation; Engineering responsibilities including feasibility studies, introduction of designs and drawings to Manufacturing & Quality Management systems; Creating routings for management of flow of material; Providing technical support with IT for hardware and other IT coordination.Education: 4-year degree required; Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
