CNC Maintenance Machine Technician 56027 - (Cedar Falls, IA)

RESPONSIBILITIES: * Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining CNC equipment through evaluation and testing using hand and power tools; * Assisting with the installation, service and repair of CNC machines, electric motors and other related equipment; * Reading equipment original blueprints and schematics as needed for repairs, etc.; * Fabricating, assembling and testing mechanical system parts; * Following all safety rules and regulations; * Recording daily to semi-annual preventive maintenance on equipment; * Assisting the Maintenance Department in the maintenance of both equipment and grounds. EDUCATION: High-school/GED required; 2-year degree in a technical discipline is preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS: * 2+ years of maintenance background on CNC machines; * Knowledgeable in electronics, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical and geometry; * Knowledgeable in the maintenance of electric industrial machinery and other equipment and systems.
