Unit Description -- Sodexo has an opportunity for growth in campus dining at University of Maine, Fort Kent. The Executive Chef of residential dining at University of Maine, Fort Kent will oversee all culinary operations on campus. Sodexo operates the main dining facility board plan for residents as well as The Bengals Grill, a retail operation with cooked to order foods, grab and go, beverages including Starbucks WPS program. -- University of Maine Fort Kent is a State funded institution. 4yr programs offered and student boarding up to 240 residents. Position details Designs, supervises, coordinates and participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel in a small account. This position is recognized as the technical expert, teacher and trainer for other chefs and cooks within the account. Selects and develops recipes and other items for clients.
