Programmer Analyst - (Presque Isle, ME)

Responsibilities: Participates in the review and definition of problems with particular emphasis on programs as-signed Maintain, delegate and prioritize action items Serves as a technical leader in the development of reports, batch interfaces and other custom programs, with superior skills in programming and design Develops, modifies and maintains assigned programs; monitors the operation of assigned pro-grams and responds to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding Requirements Requirements: Bachelors degree, and 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and background Strong SQL skills ( ideally across multiple DBMS platforms-SQL Server, DB2) Strong skills in 1 or more of the existing computer languages (Visual *********, *******, C#, HTML, XML, Javascript, SQL, etc.) Expertise to work with business customers to define/refine requirements and translate to technical specifications Preferred Background:
