Our client's ability in power development and generation, including greenfield development, acquisition, fuel procurement, financing, construction and operations management has resulted in a portfolio of efficient, state-of-the-art, environmentally sound generating facilities. They will be operating a brand-new combined-cycle power plant being built in southeastern NY. They are looking for a Lead Mechanical Maintenance Technician for this project.Basic Function: Safety and Environmental awareness is of paramount concern in all job functions within the plant. The Lead Maintenance Technician position leads by example, by facilitating and nurturing a positive and open safety culture, as well as a diligent and effective environmental program. This day-shift position is responsible for the establishment, implementation and ongoing efforts of the mechanical maintenance program at the facility.
