Pay: $17.50/hr Duration: 3-6 mons Location: Woodland Hills, CA 91367 Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm PST Position details: Law Degree Preferred Must have a Paralegal Certification. Drafts, reviews and revises legal documents, correspondence, forms and reports. Performs legal research and citation checking. Organizes and maintains databases and files. Maintains and tracks communications with internal and external contacts. Advises management of contract commitments, deficiencies, commitments, and performance. Provides interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations. Analyzes impact of modifications and revisions and prepare recommendations to management.
