Job summary: The Major Gifts Officer (MGO) will serve as a key member of the Missions team, leading efforts to cultivate and engage major individual donors to sustain and expand efforts to promote the work of the Missions, as well as soliciting prospects for planned giving. The MGO will secure funds for the Missions by managing a group of assigned, qualified donors assuring that as many as possible are retained as continuing donors to the organization and are upgraded in their giving and involvement
