Used Car Buyer - (Pineville, NC)

Mills Automotive Group has a very strong Used Car Operation and are in need of an experienced Buyer. We are looking for someone with the skills and background to join our team and immediately start buying quality inventory at the right price for our stores. Background appraising and buying cars are an absolute must for this position. Buyer must be able to purchase vehicles at auction and on-line and develop relationships with other dealers for direct dealer to dealer purchases. You will track your purchases from transportation through the reconditioning process set pricing based on sales data and competitive analysis. Arbitration claims must be handled in a timely and effective manner. You will need to collaborate closely with our General Managers and be familiar with all channels of opportunity to purchase used cars. Please be prepared to discuss buying philosophies and strategies as well as wholesale, and any software products you used to do your job effectively.
