Insurance Claims Manager-Experience in general liability claim review Req - (Waterloo, IA)

Responsibilities: Evaluating and resolving claims on losses of varying value and complexity; Investigating each claim to determine coverage, damages, extent of liability, establishment of negligence, contribution potential, etc.; Maintaining full compliance with internal and external quality standards and state specific regulations; Determining settlement amounts, negotiating and conveying claim settlements to insureds and claimants; Claims Check Requests and administrative reporting; Delivering consistent service quality throughout the claim lifecycle. Education: Degree preferred. Key skills: 2-5+ years of background in insurance claims; Background in general liability claim review; Adjusters license highly preferred; Strong skills in research, coverage evaluations, claim resolution, claims payments and cases; Proven honesty and integrity with excellent customer service skills; Detail-oriented with outstanding communication abilities.
