Responsibilities: Evaluating and resolving claims on losses of varying value and complexity; Investigating each claim to determine coverage, damages, extent of liability, establishment of negligence, contribution potential, etc.; Maintaining full compliance with internal and external quality standards and state specific regulations; Determining settlement amounts, negotiating and conveying claim settlements to insureds and claimants; Claims Check Requests and administrative reporting; Delivering consistent service quality throughout the claim lifecycle. Education: Degree preferred.
