Food Production Plant Manager - DAIRY required - (Appleton, WI)

Our client is a Top 25 International Food Processing company that continues to grow. With this growth comes the need for a Plant Manager at 1 of their Midwest regional facilities. As the Plant Manager your ability in the areas of employee development, operations management, safety, and budgeting will be called upon and will be essential components of your future success. You will also be tasked to develop key Bench Strength for this facility and others within the organization. You will also be a key member of the Round Table in planning and targeting of strategic plant initiatives to comply with the ever changing needs of the organization moving forward. Qualifications: BS degree Business, Food Science or related Min five years of Managerial experience in a dairy processing facility Good knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Budgets, Quality Systems and Regulatory compliance, including SQF Good communication and issue solving abilities coupled with strategic future vision
