Distribution & Representative Sales Development Manager - (Baldwinsville, NY)

That title captures the essence of this position. To continue to grow, we need our partners to grow. And that is the focus of this position – increasing BACO Controls sales through distribution and representatives. Some days you'll hunt, researching to identify new possibilities, and some days you'll farm, maintaining accounts and relationships already in place. There will be many of the classic (inside) - sales responsibilities for you to handle along with your responsibility for assisting the distributors and representatives in your assigned territories to grow their BACO Controls sales. To get to know them, understand their challenges, educate them on product, and accompany them to new customers or on critical accounts, occasional travel is required. You will review partner performance, review gaps in coverage and recommend new partners as needed. Your work will be supported and serviced by our customer driven team.
