ELON UNIVERSITY is seeking an Associate Bursar. The Associate Bursar reports directly to the University Bursar and works both independently and as an integral part of a team to ensure compliance with University, state, federal regulations governing student billing and payments including federal loans. This position will work with colleagues across multiple departments, programs, including Financial Planning and the University Registrar. The Associate Bursar serves as the principal administrator for graduate student billings, payment plans, lockbox receipts, and student refunds. Other assignments include supervising a staff of 3 Student Account Specialists, maintaining reporting, supporting annual tax and audit processes, and managing responsibilities of the office in the University Bursar's absence.
