JAVA Software Developer II-Must have Java experience - (Clear Lake, IA)

Responsibilities: Developing and providing software solutions; Qualifications gathering, analyzing and determining feasibility, working with others to design and recommend solutions; Documenting and testing solutions, training end users; Enhancing, maintaining and correcting existing systems; Creating technical specifications and test plans; Providing hardware and/or software assistance as needed. Education: 4-year degree preferred in computer science, info systems, or related disciplines. Necessary skills: 5+ years of experience developing software in a business production environment; Must have Java experience; WebSphere administration desired; Visual Studio, SQL Server, DB2, XML, HTMS, CSS; Expertise to work through complex issues and identify required interventions; Understands general business strategies; Leadership, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
