Production Supervisor-Food or Beverage Industry Experience REQ - (Oshkosh, WI)

Production Supervisor - 50-62K Our client is a strong regional player within the Dairy and Food Ingredients industry. With the addition of several new markets, we are now seeking an additional individual for the role of Production Supervisor. As a Production Supervisor you will oversee a team of 20-35 Production Associates in a very fast-paced manufacturing operation. You will be challenged with maintaining the daily production effort and also with developing future ---Bench Strength--- individuals for promotion to roles of increased responsibility. Your success will be determined by your expertise to engage and develop the workforce under your direction. This is a position that will provide rapid advancement potential for a high performer. Position reports to the Plant Superintendent. Qualifications: 4yr degree in Food Science, Engineering, or Business --- off-setting industry background will also be considered Prior internship or background within the Food or Beverage industry
