Production Supervisor-5+ years Manufacturing Experience Required - (Marshall, MN)

Responsibilities: Coordinating department production processes to use all resources to meet or exceed goals; Planning and coordinating activities to support SQDIP targets; Assisting with the development and implementation of SOPs; Motivating teammates, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting in the identifying and implementing of continuous improvement initiatives; Ensuring the maintenance of all production equipment. Education: 4-year degree is preferred. Critical skills: 5+ years of manufacturing background; 2+ years of background supervising associates and addressing performance issues; Strong organizational, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills; Issue solving, communication and presentation skills; Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft word, Ms excel and Outlook; Knowledge and background in Lean Manufacturing; Bi-lingual is a plus.
