Lab - QA Technician - (North East, PA)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Lab/QA Technician to become an integral part of our team! You will perform quality analysis on manufactured powder coating batches, as well as develop new formulations for future products.Responsibilities:Analyze manufactured material using a wide variety of ASTM test methodsIdentify and quickly rectify issues with current formulationsProvide leadership and direction for line operatorsFormulate and synthesize lab trials for new productsMaintain lab notebook in accordance with GLPQualifications:Background in powder coating industrySome level of post secondary educationStrong leadershipCritical thinking, problem solvingThis position offers a unique opportunity to get into a small, but growing company in a leadership position.
