Finance Development Program Specialist Job - (Madison, WI)

Work Location: This position is located in Madison, WI. We are seeking an uncommon professional to join our team as a Finance Development Program Specialist. The Finance Development Program Specialist will actively take initiative to understand assigned finance areas and their needs through participating on a variety of key finance projects/initiatives. This individual will assume leadership for projects and functional support duties, and have access to Accounting and Finance leaders. Project assignments are designed to provide individuals with a broad spectrum of exposure to areas within the Company, while aligning with business needs and individual's interests and abilities. Assignments may include but are not limited to 1 of the following areas: Internal Audit, Corporate Controller, Business Finance, Corporate Tax, Treasury, International Finance, Supply Management, and/or supporting the financial needs of cross-functional projects.
