Process engineer Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 Expanding automotive tier one supplier is seeking a Process Engineer for their non-union facility. This person will be responsible for the following: - Take lead for plant's scrap reduction activities - Establish process specifications, equipment, tooling, and procedures - Recommend/implement process changes to improve quality/cost - Document and report cost reduction activities - Trouble-shoot manufacturing and quality problems - Take lead on preventive measures and permanent corrective actions - Hands on support of all manufacturing operations - Prepare investigation/technical reports for corrective actions - Support engineering teams on product launch/production readiness - Evaluate tooling/process capabilities during production trials - Documentation/file maintenance for manufacturing/engineering activities To succeed in this position
