Production Engineer II-Molding background is a plus Salary: $55,000 - $68,000 Responsibilities:- Providing daily technical support for production processes; - Using issue solving methods to address customer complaints, conduct investigations, develop root cause analysis, determine countermeasures and document; - Supporting project macro-schedules with detailed engineering micro-schedules to ensure accurate and timely project completion; - Identifying VE/VA ideas and standard parts to be implemented into new product designs; - Leading or participating in continuous improvement activities; - Establishing and continually improving procedures for processes, and providing training on the processes to production personnel. Education: 4-year degree required; Engineering, Industrial Technology or related disciplines preferred.
