Launch Engineer-Automotive Supplier Manufacturing Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 Responsibilities:- Coordinating the product maturation phase of new launch; - Recording and tracking all open issues to closure; - Reviewing advanced quality planning documents, FMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Charts, Gage R and R studies, and capacity studies during the development and launch of a new product; - Performing technical and statistical investigations and analysis on production, quality, process, and equipment issues; - Resolving issues related to dimensional and performance qualifications by evaluation of assembly, molding, coatings, design, tooling and SPC and DOE; - Supporting launches at other facilities and customer facilities. Education: 4-year engineering degree required.
