ReStore Assistant Manager - (Chattanooga, TN)

ReStore Assistant Manager (Full-time - Hourly w/Benefits) Primary Purpose: Responsible for assisting the ReStore Manager in running the daily operations of the ReStore Reports to: ReStore Manager. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Assume role of manager on duty when ReStore Manager is not present. Ensure that all customers and donors receive outstanding customer service Lead, coach, and direct activities of floor staff including volunteers as needed. Responsible for opening and closing functions of the ReStore as scheduled. Perform daily close out activities and prepare reports as scheduled. Perform pricing function of donated merchandise. Creatively display merchandise in order to maximize appeal to customers. Responsible for making sure that store and receiving areas remain both clean and orderly. Serve as secondary key holder of the store. Perform or assist with various tasks or projects as may be assigned.
