Earnings generated through sales are returned to VA to support and enhance the quality of life for Veteran patients and the quality of the workplace for VA employees. Position overview: The Assistant Canteen Chief of Operations is assigned to the VCS Canteen operations and performs operational, logistical, and financial duties under the Canteen Chief. The manager assigns functional responsibilities for specific canteen administrative operations, retail, food, vending, coffee receiving and administrative control. The manager oversees all Oracle inventory management and accountability process involving retail operations.
