DIRECTOR OF PRECONSTRUCTION LOCATIONS Caddell Corporate Office POSITION DESCRIPTION Acts as key leader in the entire work acquisition process in the private sector, including management, coordination, and delivery of the preconstruction phase. Oversees Business Development and Marketing. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Establishes the division strategy, vision, and business plan to secure private work. 2. Coordinates, manages, and supervises the work of Business Development and Marketing. 3. Oversees marketing efforts to establish the Caddell brand, and to develop collateral materials necessary for marketing Caddell to the private sector. 4.
