Field Service Tech (Registration Required) - (East Rochester, NY)

Key functions: Assist with construction, initial startup, and debug of new equipment. Perform final preparations and testing of new equipment prior to customer delivery. Perform post-delivery functions for new equipment including installation support, training, process troubleshooting, and subsequent service at customer sites. Perform validations, diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and other activities required to support existing equipment. Recommend necessary changes to equipment in order to maintain quality operation of the equipment. Work with Engineering and CAD professionals to prepare electrical and software specifications and drawings. Present ideas to Team on improving overall performance of equipment. Understand the build process Identify and communicate build issues (vendor, engineering, assembly, etc.) Uses power tools in a safe and responsible manner (chop saw, drill, etc.) Follow the direction of more senior workers. Work safely at all times. Perform other tasks and activities as needed.
