Job DescriptionFunky Art Café & Catering in Brenham, Texas, is looking for candidates to interview who are passionate about good, exciting food & superior service, to cook & create in our kitchen. Funky Art Café has been taking guests on its culinary journey since 1999. Our mission is to serve well-prepared, fresh, wholesome foods in a relaxed & fun environment, while providing friendly, excellent customer care. Never staying in 1 place too long, the menu is changed every 4 mons. Daily specials as well as handcrafted soups & desserts are part of the daily offerings. While there's always a lot to accomplish in a day, the atmosphere in the kitchen is relatively relaxed except when there's the crush of service. Candidates should have at least 2 yrs professional kitchen background, good knife skills, & a sense of urgency about getting job duties done correctly & in a min amount of time.
