This is a 1 attorney office.Practice areas are: Estate Planning, Probate, Business Formation and Succession Planning, Asset Protection, and Charitable Planning.This position necessitates an experienced legal professional who wants to continue in a career as a paralegal or legal assistant. It is not appropriate for an intern, student, recent law school graduate, or licensed attorney.Qualifications:Min of 3yrs, recent estate planning background as a paralegal or legal assistant.Expertise to prepare estate planning documents (including Trusts, Last Wills & Testaments, Durable Powers of Attorney, etc.);Input details into drafting system to create estate planning documents;Edit and finalize estate planning documents for client signature;Drafting of Deeds, Pcors and related documents;Prepare documentation for creation of LLCs
