Eugene office of our client seeks estate planning attorney with 2-5yrs of business transactions background. The applicant will work within the estate planning practice group handling complex trust and estate planning documents, taxable estate issues and estate tax returns, and trust and estate administrations. Will also assist the business transactions practice group on a variety of business transactions, including entity formation, corporate governance, and business acquisitions and sales. This is a partner-track position. This reputed Oregon-based law firm specializes in all aspects of business law.
