A full service Charleston law firm is seeking a Paralegal with 5+ years of current background in Workers Compensation law. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of background in Worker's Compensation (personal injury & real estate background is a plus) Excellent skills in Microsoft office suite Previous background with Amicus is highly preferred Professional demeanor and appearance required Type 55+wpm PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate or 7+ years Claimant's workers' compensation. - Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus - Real Estate background is a PLUS REQUIRED - Excellent technical skills - Daily contact with clients - Handle case load of 60+ cases - Type legal correspondence - Collect medical records & bills - Set up IMEs - Draft Briefs QUALIFIED PARALEGALS PLEASE FORWARD RESUME
