Franchise Manager - (Golden, CO)

PURPOSE Manages the day-to-day activities within the Tiger Delivery franchise within the framework of established policies and procedures. Responsible for the staffing level of the departments and recommends and implements solutions for greater customer satisfaction. Provides leadership to handle complex customer situations and escalation concerns and determines resolution related to the order placement and scheduling processes. Facilitates communication between the plant, field and drivers with the dispatch center with accuracy and timeliness. REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES * Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. * Responsible for ensuring order processing and dispatch accuracy and timeliness. Provides day-to-day oversight for the Tiger Delivery franchise. Enforces established policies, procedures and regulations. Responsible for ensuring that appropriate controls are in place.
