Custodial Shift Supervisor - (Denver, CO)

JOB DETAILS: Performs supervisory duties associated with the custodial care of all buildings and facilities. Direct supervisor of hourly union custodial employees; duties include planning, assigning and scheduling work; Responsible for accurate employee time records, time off approvals. Responsible for training personnel in proper Aramark methods and procedures, recommending employees for discipline, termination, or retention also required to deliver employee performance evaluations. Exercises judgment and initiative in resolving problems; develop and maintain annual project schedule to include but not limited to: Carpet extraction schedule, hard surface refinishing, burnishing schedule, restroom deep cleaning schedule. Responsible for proper maintenance and safe work conditions of all custodial equipment. This position must build upon established employee and/or customer relationships, improve and promote employee morale, and help develop subordinates on a continuous basis.
