Supervising personnel and processes on the assigned shift; ? Scheduling work assignments for all employees; ? Recordkeeping; ? Addressing all requests for assistance from other production supervisors, or production emergencies; ? Monitoring safety within the department; ? Supporting scrap reduction activities.
