Superintendent - (Phoenix, AZ)

Tuff Shed is recruiting for an experienced Superintendent to manage our local Installer program . Working from our Phoenix Factory Store , you will be responsible for ensuring we meet all metrics for scheduling, costs, and quality. Attract, select, and onboard new subcontractors , in partnership with Tuff Shed's Skilled Trades Recruiter Manage all subcontractor training and ongoing partner management , including Customer 1st training and subcontractor certification. Supervise and assure quality of all kits prior to loading, including review of kit paperwork packets In both scheduled and ad hoc visits, inspect building sites and provide feedback on job performance, punctuality, safety, and Tuff Shed construction standards Ensure all contractors are fully compliant to Tuff Shed standards SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
