A successful applicant for this position should have strong communication, organizational and analytical abilities, as well as intermediate to advanced technical skills. The expertise to motivate and pace oneself is essential, as is the expertise to work in a team environment. Traveling is required and a valid PA driver's license is needed. Knowledge of Real Estate is a plus.
