Insurance Agency Owner / Producer - (Fond Du Lac, WI)

Rural Mutual Insurance Company is looking for agents and owners to learn the multi-line insurance business. We pay a salary (not a draw off commissions) plus commissions and bonuses for up to 3 yrs as you learn the business. Most insurance companies are looking for a pure sales person. Rural Mutual is looking for someone who is hard working, can run all aspects of a business, likes to interact with and help people and is driven to produce results. Responsibilities: • You'll be calling on local businesses and homeowners to develop relationships and explain the benefits of Rural Mutual's product line. • Work with clients and underwriters through the entire process of purchasing an insurance policy. Requirements: • You will be required to be licensed in property, casualty, life, and health insurance to be hired. • During your 1st 3 to five months you will attend four training classes at our home office in Madison, Wisconsin.
