Insurance Agency Owner - (Eau Claire, WI)

Rural Mutual Insurance Company is looking for agents to learn the multi-line insurance business. We pay a salary (not a draw off commissions or a loan) plus commissions and bonuses for up to 3yrs as you learn the business. Most insurance companies are looking for a pure sales person. Rural Mutual is looking for someone who is hard working, can run a business, likes to interact with and help people and is results driven. Responsibilities: • You'll be calling on local businesses and homeowners to develop relationships and explain the benefits of Rural Mutual's product line. • Manage all aspects of the office operations. • Ensure the productivity of producers in office. Requirements:You will need to be licensed or get licensed for property, casualty, life, and health insurance to be hired. During your 1st 3 to five months you will attend four training classes at our home office in Madison, Wisconsin. These classes are a week long and paid training.
