Clinical Nurse Educator - (Pittsburgh, PA)

Clinical Nurse Educator Highly motivated, skilled Nurse Educators to deliver disease and product-related education to targeted Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and Nursing Staff in order to find PKU patients not being seen in a Metabolic/Genetic Clinic. The Nurse Educator dialogue may be conducted through various channels, including: 1:1 presentations, round table discussions and formal presentations (all in accordance with the needs of each practice). The Nurse Educators call on HCPs outside the Metabolic/Genetic Clinic with the objective of identifying patients having them referred to a Metabolic/Genetic Clinic that treats PKU patients. There will be key performance metrics related to various activities of the job, including but not limited to the number of PKU patients referred.
