Process Engineer HFI, LLC a premier interior trim supplier in the automotive industry, has an immediate opening for a Process Engineer Oversee & ensure the efficient and safe transition of trial builds from the Advanced Engineering Trials Process; support the Engineering Change Processes (HFI REA Process) for assigned programs; generate and implement continuous improvement ideas on existing product lines. Develop time studies to support the continual line balance of labor to ensure efficient use of direct/indirect labor with the support of Production Supervisors. Identify automation opportunities and determine payback analysis. Support the root cause analysis process to address product quality and scrap issues on all assigned product lines. Re-visit the PFMEA. Support HFI REA Process -modification of Production Tooling & Fixtures, Capital, Operations Standards, PFMEA. Process Flow Charts and other HFI Process Documentation.
