CGB Enterprises Inc. is searching for an exceptional applicant to fill our Maintenance Labor opening. Position details: The foremost role for this position is to lead the facility's preventative maintenance program under the direction of site management, which focuses on equipment inspections, maintenance and documentation. Primary Position assignments * Responsible for routine and preventative maintenance tasks and equipment repair according to schedule * Responsible for completing work orders in a timely and accurate fashion * Daily communication of facility and equipment related needs to site management * Helps coordinate and purchase of maintenance materials through the direction of the Superintendent * Performs maintenance audits * Assists Superintendent in the planning of facility projects and facility upgrades * Uses ability and background to give advice on possible solutions to problems Position qualifications * Experienced in electrical & mechanical maintenance.
