Training Specialist - (Greenville, SC)

Job purpose The Training Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of dynamic training content to Corporate and field teammates. This position will be responsible for assessing needs and designing content that can be delivered through multiple channels including classroom, webinar and eLearning. At times they will also be responsible for delivering content both in the classroom and via webinar. This position will be involved with the implementation of multiple initiatives that will impact the overall performance of the company Duties and responsibilities Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment. Design and develop instructional material for field teammates that support the companys most critical initiatives. Design, develop and maintain global training templates for multiple delivery modalities including instructor-led, virtual classroom, eLearning and on-line support.
