$100 SIGN ON BONUS CT State Security Guard Card required Securitas is currently seeking full-time and part-time Security Officers who will guard College property, students, personnel, and guests against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities: Regularly providing assistance and info to students, and College personnel as needed Patrols periodically, buildings and grounds of the College, monitors dormitories to maintain proper access control, and ensure that authorized individuals are permitted entry Examines doors, windows, and gates to determine that they are secure Warns violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles, and may expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts Inspects equipment and machinery to ascertain if tampering has occurred Watches for and reports irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and security doors left unlocked
