HR Manager - (Claremont, CA)

Randstad Professionals is presently conducting a search for an HR Manager for their rapidly growing life sciences client in Pomona, CA. This is a newly created position due to company growth. The key responsibilities of this role will include: building an HR function from the ground-up, function as a business partner to the CFO and owner, take on special projects, and play a key role in the company's overall growth. The perfect candidate will have at least 7yrs of relative background within a similar capacity, bachelor's degree, strong verbal and writing expertise, work well independently, and possess a "hands-on" approach in building the department.
