Job DescriptionThe Louisville Region is expanding and needs your staffing talent!The primary objective of the Branch Manager is to provide day-to-day management to ensure the clients receive the highest level of quality service in a timely and cost effective manner. This includes management of the accounts, client relationships, staffing and recruiting, team management and people development. The Branch Manager acts as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of the client contingent workforce, to include business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the contingent employees. The Branch Manager will train, mentor, and lead staff for optimal branch performance.Duties will include but not limited to:Create a positive and friendly environment within the office that welcomes all associates coming into the office looking for employment.Interview incoming candidates based on interview process which can include application, E-VERIFY, Experience Checks
