Graham Packaging, a leading innovator in plastic packaging is looking for a dynamic, solution-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor . This individual will be responsible for the leadership of a production crew with regards to safety, quality, efficiency and consistent application of best practices. This position will be located in Newell, WV and will cover the night shift. Responsibilities: Leadership of a production crew with regards to safety, quality, efficiency and consistent application of best practices. Assist team in basic understanding and trouble shooting of production equipment Provides a strong floor presence and understanding of the processes adequate to set the example for others to follow. Handles day-to-day production documentation, ensures its accuracy and timely input into reporting systems. Provides training to shift personnel to make sure all employees have the tools necessary for optimum performance.
